We totally understand that it's sometimes hard to convince your colleagues to use a new tool, especially if a registration involved. Or perhaps you have a customer that you want to show the model to, but don’t want to ask them to register in Sibe. Sometimes you also might want to show the model or drawing to someone, without letting them see the comments or leave comments of their own.

Fortunately, you can still share just the 3D model with people that aren't registered yet or don't plan on registering in Sibe. Use the Visitor mode from Sharing steps.

They will not be able to leave comments for security reasons, but they will have full functionality as a viewer: rotation, measurement, turning on edges, and so on. They will also be able to see all the comments that have been left and the files that are attached.

If you want to turn off the anonymous access to the file, change the mode of Visitor access in Sharing panel.
